CELESTE FARMS: GATHER
Join Andre for a night at Celeste Farms!
Load up to five of your friends in your vehicle and join us for GATHER: a community wellness party out on the farm! The event takes place over three hours with yoga under the barn, access to the Celeste Farm FIELD SPA (saunas, wood-fired hot tubs, and ice baths), an optional farm-to-table picnic meal created by Chef Ashton, and NA beverages curated by Point 5.
Tickets are sold below at $50 per vehicle. We encourage carpooling to support the environment, make the event more budget-friendly, and maximize the parking lot as spaces are limited.

PILATES POP-UP!
This is an Open-Level Pilates Mat Class led by Andre, a STOTT Pilates apprentice at Eleos Pilates in Church Hill. The class will focus on a full-body, low-impact workout that is perfect for all movement levels!
The session will incorporate STOTT Pilates exercises combined with contemporary movement. The class will start with a warm up that centers on Pilates principles to be carried forward into the movement practice and end with a cool down & stretch. Students can expect a variety of modifications and amplifications to ensure everyone feels supported and challenged during their movement practice. The class style will be educational and develop movement patterns and proper alignment in order to provide connection and comfortability via movement.

YIN
Yin is the lunar within all of us, the more internal, passive, and cooling side of things. Holding poses for 4-7 minutes, Yin yoga is a practice that allows deep inner work physically, mentally and emotionally. It teaches us to find comfort and healing overtime, within the stillness of the home of our body.
Students sit in a circle for this class to form the sense of togetherness or US.
*eye masks, Comfy clothes, and socks are recommended!!

MYO YIN
This class is a combination of myofascial release techniques with some yin and restorative stretches and poses. The main focus is on self massage and myofascial release via guided therapy-ball work will help stretch and release fascial tissue, improving mobility and overall health.
Open level.
Fascia is a strong, connective tissue that covers and encapsulates every part of the body. In a healthy state, fascia is pliable and hydrated - allowing it to glide and stretch freely. Through poor posture, surgery, overuse or injury, the fascia becomes hardened and tough, causing dysfunction and pain.
We have and use a variety of tools including: tennis balls (for a softer approach), lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and more.

PILATES SERIES
This semi-private 4-week educational Pilates foundations series is an opportunity to dive deeper into STOTT principles and build a personal pilates practice. Over the course of four 75min workshop-style classes, students will both practice and learn more about anatomy, form, posture, prop usage, modifications, and personalized exercise. Postural analyses will help give you a better understanding of your own alignment and potential imbalances.
In order to maintain quality and ensure personal attention, each series is capped at 5 participants. Booking for the upcoming series is currently closed. New dates will be announced soon!
