    PILATES +YANG — Wenesdays 6PM - 7PM

    50/50 blend of pilates & vinyasa yoga styles to build flexibility and strength in the body. Fluid transitions. Beginner/Intermediate level. Awesome playlist. Early registration suggested ;-)

    YANG — Wednesdays 7:15 - 8PM

    Chill AF 45 minute vinyasa wind-down. Beginner friendly. Laziness encouraged. Calming Tunes.

    YIN + YANG — Thursdays 7:15 - 8:30PM

    Blended practice of vinyasa & yin styles for a balanced end of day wind-down. Fast then Slow. Strong then soft. Jams then lullabies.

    PILATES — Fridays 9:15 - 10AM

    Beginner/Intermediate Level STOTT Mat Pilates. Lightweight dumbbells, rings, and pilates balls incorporated in most classes.

PILATES & YANG II: hip stability

PILATES & YANG II: hip Stability!!

This extended format class will blend STOTT Mat Pilates exercises with both active and passive yoga postures. Pelvic stability, strength, and release will be the primary focus of both practices. 

Think of this offering as part class / part workshop with lots of hands-on assists, adjustments, and corrections. Ninety minutes will give us plenty of time to play and ask questions!

Students can expect a wide variety of modifications and amplifications to ensure everyone feels supported and challenged during their movement practice. This is a full-body, low impact workout. As a Level II class, prior experience with Yoga & Pilates is encouraged!
