Join Kat + Andre for their signature Back 2 Back class at forest hill : 40 minutes of Pilates to build heat, strength, and precision, followed by 35 minutes of Katonah Yoga to re organize, open, and integrate.
Expect to move, refine, and reset. All levels welcome. Just come as you are and taste what happens when these two modalities collide and complement each other.
