  • Looking for more personalized instruction and movement attention? Andre is available for private instruction! One-on-one classes can be completely tailored to your needs and goals for movement. Privates can encompass Yoga and/or Pilates (and occasionally swim) either in-studio, in-home, virtually, or an offsite location.

    A group private is a fun way to connect with friends or work teams, and can be a fantastic way to condition/cross-train for youth sports teams or adult athletic clubs.

  • This semi-private 4-week educational Pilates foundations series is an opportunity to dive deeper into STOTT principles and build a personal pilates practice. Over the course of four 75min workshop-style classes, students will both practice and learn more about anatomy, form, posture, prop usage, modifications, and personalized exercise. Postural analyses will help give you a better understanding of your own alignment and potential imbalances.

    In order to maintain quality and ensure personal attention, each series is capped at 5 participants.
