PILATES & YANG II: hip Stability!!
This extended format class will blend STOTT Mat Pilates exercises with both active and passive yoga postures. Pelvic stability, strength, and release will be the primary focus of both practices.
Think of this offering as part class / part workshop with lots of hands-on assists, adjustments, and corrections. Ninety minutes will give us plenty of time to play and ask questions!
Students can expect a wide variety of modifications and amplifications to ensure everyone feels supported and challenged during their movement practice. This is a full-body, low impact workout. As a Level II class, prior experience with Yoga & Pilates is encouraged!
