This class is a combination of myofascial release techniques with some yin and restorative stretches and poses. The main focus is on self massage and myofascial release via guided therapy-ball work will help stretch and release fascial tissue, improving mobility and overall health.

Fascia is a strong, connective tissue that covers and encapsulates every part of the body. In a healthy state, fascia is pliable and hydrated - allowing it to glide and stretch freely. Through poor posture, surgery, overuse or injury, the fascia becomes hardened and tough, causing dysfunction and pain.
We have and use a variety of tools including: tennis balls (for a softer approach), lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and more.
