MAT PILATES & WEIGHTS: INTERMEDIATE

Students will be guided through traditional Pilates exercises combined with contemporary controlled movements in a feel-good style. Hand or ankle weights will be incorporated to deepen muscle engagement and create an endurance challenge.

The class will begin with a warm-up and end with a yummy stretch. Students will leave feeling stronger after working on muscle endurance, stability, alignment, and lengthening.
