PILATES SERIES

This semi-private 4-week educational Pilates foundations series is an opportunity to dive deeper into STOTT principles and build a personal pilates practice. Over the course of four 75min workshop-style classes, students will both practice and learn more about anatomy, form, posture, prop usage, modifications, and personalized exercise. Postural analyses will help give you a better understanding of your own alignment and potential imbalances.

In order to maintain quality and ensure personal attention, each series is capped at 5 participants. Booking for the upcoming series is currently closed. New dates will be announced soon!
