75 min Move & Restore combines Pilates principles with traditional yoga postures to provide a mindful blend of strength and stretch. Each session begins with a brief guided meditation before incorporating beginner/intermediate-level Pilates exercises. The controlled movements at the forefront of this class provide low-impact, full-body muscular activation. An extended cool down period at the end of class will lean heavily into supported Yin yoga postures for gentle but consistent stress on the connective tissues.
