This class is a blend of Mat Pilates and Yang Yoga.
The session will combine Stott Pilates exercises with traditional Yang postures to provide a well-rounded and balanced mobility practice. Pilates is a practice of controlled and isolated engagement to develop healthy movement patterns and proper alignment in the body over time. In contrast, the Yang portion of the class will be a slower-paced flow focusing on flexibility and balance.
Students can expect a variety of modifications and amplifications to ensure everyone feels supported and challenged during their movement practice. This is a full-body, low impact workout, perfect for all movement levels!
